Instead of writing a blog, I decided to prepare a webcast, while waiting for my kids from school, to walk you thru on the steps of setting a basic open dns account. We are using open DNS to filter access to the web, as discussed in my slidecast presentation.

This tool will help you restrict access to specific sites or categories by configuring either individual devices or your router, to ensure your kid will only access the sites you approved.
